About
Pikemen are the defenders, armed with an ash pike (a long wooden pole with a metal tip) which is 16 feet long. They wear armour for protection and form the central core of the infantry body. A well-trained and sturdy pike division protects the musketeers from attack and can see off the most gallant of cavalry charges. In a battle situation, the pike can be driven into the enemy in a fierce hand-to-hand melee.

What we do
Pike-fighting is very physical but is a great way to let off steam. We provide the pikes, weapons and armour, plus teach you how to carry and use this unwieldy weapon effectively.
